Puppy Love

I was thrilled when this pretty little girl's mom asked if I would do her 5th birthday photo session for them. We went to one of my favorite locations, and were blessed with some pretty fantastic lighting. When Mom and I were talking about ideas for the session, I suggested that she bring something that her daughter really loves or is really into right now.... and they arrived that morning with their 2 little dogs! Mom shared that one of her daughter's favorite things to do is to play with them, especially the black and white one. We had them off leash for some of the session, and it was so cute watching her play with them and herd them back into the area where we were shooting. It started getting a little hot by the end of the session, but we had a great time!
