Photography by Sheena Bowen: Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice...

This beautiful baby girl was just 10 days old for her photos, and was such a good girl! She slept for most of my time with her, and though she had some fussy moments, she recovered quickly and made quite the little model. I also photographed this sweet baby's big brother as a newborn 2 years ago, and was so happy to see prints of my work in a collage frame that was proudly displayed in their living room! I get so excited when I see my work in print, since I normally only see it on the computer screen :-)

These first few images are some of my favorite newborn shots that I've taken so far, I just love the peaceful look of her sleepy face, and the way it looks like she has her hands clutched over her heart.

Her next outfit was an adorable St. Patrick's Day tutu set in honor of her March birthday!

These last images have some personal touches. The top image uses one of her Daddy's baby blankets as her backdrop, and I was told that there is a baby photo of him with the same blanket in it! The second image features one piece of the name letters that her Mommy made for her to coordinate with her adorable brown and pink nursery, I've never taken a shot like that but I really like it. I'm also digging the vintage feel of the bottom shot, as well, it's always fun to try new things!
